We do the extra
--report-trxetc under EnableMSTestRunner condition here.This project was previously run correctly but wasn't producing trx and not being passed the extra arguments.
The condition should arguably be
IsTestingPlatformApplicationinstead ofEnableMSTestRunner, but I went with the smaller change for now.
