[faudio] Update to 26.01

• Changes comply with the maintainer guide.
• SHA512s are updated for each updated download.
• The "supports" clause reflects platforms that may be fixed by this new version.
• Any fixed CI baseline entries are removed from that file.
• Any patches that are no longer applied are deleted from the port's directory.
• The version database is fixed by rerunning ./vcpkg x-add-version --all and committing the result.
• Only one version is added to each modified port's versions file.

As I explained in this comment, we should use version here even if it won't match the version from upstream.

Wouldn't it make sense to add a new type for this? The pattern occurs quite often. So "version-calver": "^(?:\d{2}|2\d{3})\.(0[1-9]|1[0-2])\.(\d+)$"

At the moment, we are unlikely to add new versioning schemes. I can start the discussion with the rest of the team, but it might take some time until this makes its way to the top of the priority list.

For the purpose of updating this port, it is better if we do the most with what we have.
