- Fix Install-NuGetPackage.ps1 script
- Create a separate unofficial.yml pipeline (Update becheran/mlc action to v1.2.0 - autoclosed #334)
- Add back signcheck exclusion for unofficial builds
- Update Dockerfile and global.json updates to v9.0.102 (Update dependency nerdbank.dotnetrepotools to v1.1.1 - autoclosed #340)
- Migrate xunit settings from app.config to xunit.runner.json
