This PR integrates Fast Sync tips into the Cardano-db-sync setup documentation. These tips guide developers to use the new automated Mithril restoration script for rapid blockchain synchronization.
IMPORTANT
This PR requires the merging of the corresponding PR midnightntwrk/midnight-node-docker#83 as it introduces the restore-cardano-snapshot.sh script referenced here.
