Updated the blog filters to use a custom multi-select tag dropdown that matches the Author/Sort styling. Users can toggle tags with checkmarks inside the dropdown, and the control now visually aligns with other filter selects.
Replaced tag grid selector with a dropdown-style multi-select.
Added checkmark indicators for selected tags.
Matched tag dropdown border, radius, and height to Author/Sort selects.
