Hi, sorry for the delay. I think for now, we can just add a section inside CONTRIBUTING.md about design, if there are some things that are worth mentioning. I think there's too little information here for having its own .md file, it just leads to a lot of duplication of information. feel free to make a PR for updating CONTRIBUTING.md instead. Thanks! |

As discussed in #1394 – we'd like to encourage designers to participate in shaping the future of llc and give them some initial guidelines to help them understand how to contribute to it :)
