🎉 Summary

This pull request merges the develop branch into master to finalise the PyRCS 1.0.3 release. This release introduces several bug fixes and completes the Python 3.12 compatibility update.

🐛 Bug fixes

• Fixed KeyError: 'Station' in Stations.collect_locations() (Fix 'Station' KeyError in Stations.collect_locations() #52).
• Fixed ConnectionError handling in get_introduction() (Fix test failures in test_get_introduction #54).
• Resolved TypeError in GWR data processing (Fix ._collect_gwr_codes() for .fetch_codes() #56).
• Resolved TypeError in viaduct data parsing (Fix NoneType error in HTML table parser when anchor tags are missing #58).
• Restored complete data collection in get_site_map() (Restore complete data collection in get_site_map() #61).

• Updated requirements.txt.
• Bumped minimum Python version: The required minimum Python version for the package is now 3.12.
