If you only run
git push --follow-tags
git push, the new tag (e.g.v3.1.0) is not pushed and the workflow will not publish. Use--follow-tagsorgit push origin v3.1.0. - The Publish Package workflow runs when the tag is pushed, runs build + tests, then publishes to npm. Ensure the repo secret NPM_TOKEN is set in Settings → Secrets and variables → Actions.
