As of now, we have done some work on cv18xx/sg200x in kernel 6.12.

Not all features are currently available in 6.12,
that's why I used a submodule instead of putting the source code directly in.
Note: This PR only supports milkv-duos-sd and milkv-duos-emmc to build kernel 6.12.
