tf-next: Use target server

This removes the need for adding a target to the next.config.js

ToDo:

• Use built-in nft from Next.js
• Use new launcher for Next.js server
• Add support for minimal mode
• Add bridge support for esm modules

Changes

• All Next.js apps "> 10.0.9-canary.4" are build with default target (server)
• Upgrades @vercel/nft from 0.10.0 to 0.17.0

Fixes #86.
