Add logic to perform validation during training, once per epoch. Validation data is stored in its own .db file, which must be specified in dataset.json.
set_eval() must be called on data_manager and network_manager and the pipeline is responsible for connecting the database handler to the validation database partition.
Also fix some bugs.
