- Delist libdnf-plugin-subscription-manager
- Add git-all
It is already a dependency of subscription-manager when dnf-4 is used, but for ELN we want only dnf5. This avoids the need for split configs here.
This metapackage pulls in all git subpackages, and has been shipped since RHEL 6.
