Documentation changes

Completely rewrites the Quickstart page to provide a more streamlined, engaging, and user-friendly experience. The goal is to guide new users to a live documentation site and their first successful change in under 10 minutes.

Key improvements include:

• Simplified structure with progressive steps and clear success indicators.
• Consolidated local development and web editor workflows using tabs.
• Enhanced content flow and readability with Mintlify components like <Steps>, <Check>, <Tabs>, and <AccordionGroup>.
• More conversational and action-oriented copy.
• Custom domain setup and troubleshooting guidance are now more accessible within accordions.
