Adds a new "PDF exports" docs page with an example download button and links it in the Guides navigation.

• Documentation:
  • New page: pdf-exports.mdx detailing how to export docs to a single PDF; adds frontmatter icon: file-down and an example <DownloadPDFButton /> linking to /files/mint-full-docs.pdf.
  • Navigation: Adds pdf-exports to navigation.languages[0].tabs[0].groups[?].pages under Guides in docs.json.
