Streamlined the quickstart guide by removing verbose explanations and consolidating steps. Reduced content from ~1,400 words to ~400 words while maintaining all essential information.

Files changed:

• quickstart.mdx - Removed "Before you begin" and "View your deployed site" sections, simplified CLI and web editor instructions, removed accordion and frame components

• Removes Before you begin, detailed onboarding guidance, Accordion and Frame components, and the separate "View your deployed site" section
• Simplifies deployment to a single instruction with the .mintlify.app URL and dashboard link
• Replaces multi-step CLI instructions with concise code blocks to install mint, edit index.mdx, run mint dev, and push changes
• Compresses Web editor flow to a single sentence (open editor, edit index.mdx, click Publish)
• Retains "Next steps" cards
