Expands MCP documentation to clarify what content is searchable and how indexing is controlled.

• Adds a new "Content filtering and indexing" section to ai/model-context-protocol.mdx covering file processing via .mintignore and search indexing via docs.json, including examples for seo.indexing: "all" and per-page noindex: true frontmatter
• Updates organize/mintignore.mdx metadata (title, sidebar title, description) and opening sentence to emphasize excluding files from processing/publishing in the docs repository
