Remove Auth0 and Mintlify OAuth client app authentication references

This PR:

1. Deletes the Auth0 authentication setup page
2. Removes all references to Auth0 and Mintlify as an OAuth client app for authentication across the documentation
3. Updates docs.json to reflect the navigation changes

These changes reflect that Mintlify no longer supports Auth0 as an OAuth client app for authentication.
