This PR adds a comprehensive sample docs.json configuration to the settings page. The sample includes examples of common settings like theme configuration, colors, navigation structure, API configurations, integrations, and other key features. The goal is to show users how they might configure their docs.json and inspire them to try more customization options available in Mintlify.
