This PR adds a mermaid diagram to the quickstart page that visualizes the entire Mintlify documentation architecture. The diagram shows the relationship between key components of the Mintlify documentation system including GitHub repository, Mintlify platform, CLI, web editor, deployment process, and the resulting documentation site in a flowchart format.
