Documentation changes

This PR makes some minor updates to the CLAUDE.md file and Cursor project rule.

• Links the docs.json schema as context
• Adds some language about inferring since Claude Code used inference as justification for adding hallucinated content
• Tweaks CLAUDE.md based on observations from using it on past PRs
