These are already defined in the full 2013 SDK.
Maybe there should be a different preprocessor define for the full and mini SDKs...
Or maybe mini SDK should also define strlen_t and FastASCII*...
Or if the project is not supposed to support the full SDK, feel free to close this ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
