What are the relevant tickets?

Replaces #166

Description (What does it do?)

update material-ui monorepo to v7
change "@mui/material/Grid2" import to "@mui/material/Grid"
tweak OpenedxUnitSelectionForm.tsx to fix a build issue

How can this be tested?

CI tests should pass
All the sandbox tabs should work normally

renovate bot and others added 3 commits
