Description of what has changed
Previous versions of the ATT&CK website are now much faster to build. This is because they can be pre-generated once and used going forward. Because of this shift, the Excel files had to be moved around as well, so have been introduced to the website's docs/ folder.

There wasn't a GitHub issue for this - it just has been a general issue for a long time that it takes forever to build with previous versions!
