Merging this pr even with the workflows failing with the understanding that the vagrant workflow will need to be replaced with a different testing solution and the entire profile needing to be updated due to the mongo 3.x stig being sunsetted, the mongo 7.x stig being out, and the latest version of the application being 8.x. |
