The manpages commonly use .in +4/.EX....EE/.in pairs for iindented examples.

Clean up four exceptional instances out of hundreds in which the .in
was the inner operation rather than the outer. No difference in
rendering, but the uniformity makes it possible to parse these
mechanically with one rule.

Really all these ought to be replaced with .RS/.EX....EE/.RE but
doclifter can cope given this less intrusive change.

Scoped macros make parsing this markup less painful.

Added to pull request: In inode,7, replace some .in uses with .RS/.RE.

I'd have made this a separate pull request, but I don't use github often enough to know how to beat it into doing this.

If this was supposed to have a matching .RE somewhere, it should be added.

Added: In seccomp.2: Remove unbalanced .RS tag.

As the markup is now written (with low-level tab operations) it is hopeless to
try translating it structurally to HTML or XML. Moving these examples to be
table displays fixes the problem while keeping the visual changes relatively
minor.

Added: in zic.8, fix up examples so they can translate to clean HTML/XML.
