Hey Matt, slightly offtopic but you seem to be about to push new release(s) to crates.io next after all these good changes? Totally recommend I've been using it at work for a while now, 0 issues. |

I'll get an update soon for crates.io, there are a couple more changes I was thinking of. I've been merging these PRs without review, but if you see something you think should be different/queried don't hesitate to comment afterwards, it's easy enough to revert. Thanks for the suggestion, I'll take a look at it. |

This updates to current embassy releases, as well as a few other useful dependencies.
Only versions updated in Cargo.toml have been bumped in Cargo.lock
