Add v5.1 submission checker

• Remove v4.1 configuration
• Add v5.1 configuration
• Add models: llama3.1-8b, whisper, deepseek-r1
• Set interactive as a scenario for v5.1 (llama2-70b, llama3.1-405b, deepseek-r1) Merge LLM interactive scenarios into the benchmark (as a separate server scenario, instead of a separate benchmark) #2191

• Set new seeds
• New set of images for sdxl
• Finalize whisper & deepseek configurations
