Need to add some secrets and such but let's see how far we get with this action.

@dengemann any chance you have the $encrypted_73bd2a498087_key and $encrypted_73bd2a498087_iv that you can share privately with me? Then I can add to GitHub secrets

... or alternatively if you know how to create the secrets needed to access the S3 bucket where they're stored that would presumably work. Or even if you have the mne-hcp-testing.tar.gz or could recreate it from a ~/mne-hcp-data/ that would work, too.

I'm thinking maybe we could host the archive somewhere simpler like osf.io but encrypt it with a password instead perhaps. Then store the password as a secret in the repo that it uses when inflating it. Maybe not quite the same level of security but maybe good enough?

Also if you can't find it for whatever reason, I can try reconstructing it by signing of for HCP and then taking files from it as needed. So don't work too hard if the old laptop is missing or not working or whatever!

... and I tried but this didn't work because the BTI files were edited, presumably using BTI software. So I don't have these :(

... @dengemann alternatively what we really need is the mne-hcp-testing.tar.gz that gets fetched via

s3cmd get s3://mne-hcp-testing-data/mne-hcp-testing.tar.gz ~/mne-hcp-data/

one way to get this is by knowing the encryption of .s3cfg.enc but also if you have direct access to whatever S3 bucket this is stored in somehow/somewhere then you could get it from there.

@dengemann any luck finding that old system?
