All of the SpaceMod recipes get changed by SpaceMod itself or never took one of the upgrade ingredients

- Factorio 2.0 update
- Removed normal/expensive recipes
- Updated map generation
- Renamed Angel's and Bob's items
- Removed Artisanal Reskins: Angel's Mods until Angel's is fully updated
