Motivation and Context

Adding C# quickstarts (client and server) for the docs so that people can follow along using C# and the C# SDK.

These are leveraging the existing Python/Node.js docs format where possible.

There is a dependency on modelcontextprotocol/csharp-sdk#104 being merged to the C# SDK repo which contains the quickstart code.

How Has This Been Tested?
