What does this do/fix?
This pull request adds a new block style configuration for headings in the theme. The change introduces an "Overline" style that specifies typography settings for headings.
New block style addition:
70-overline.jsonto define the "Overline" style forcore/headingblocks, including font family, size, line height, and weight settings.QA
