Re-add prefetch fields to Chinese shared metadata table

This edit drops prefetchInterface and prefetchEntry from the Chinese “shared fields” table, so the zh docs now omit real manifest fields that still exist in the runtime/stats types (packages/sdk/src/types/stats.ts BasicStatsMetaData). Readers using the Chinese config docs will miss two optional keys that are still supported, which makes the localized schema inaccurate.
