Migrate comprehensive-demo-react18 E2E tests to Playwright

• replace the Cypress suites in comprehensive-demo-react18 with Playwright specs that cover the main shell and every remote application
• add a Playwright configuration, scripts, and dependencies for running the new tests (including legacy start support)
• refresh the README instructions to describe the Playwright commands and update the lockfile entries for the new tooling
