SDG Attribute Mapping Prototype

• Task 1 - this involves the EDA of the land sector datasets in Nigera and lagos.

• Task 2 -This introduces the feature of mapping specific attributes from various land sector datasets to the corresponding Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The changes include:
  Python notebook that automate the mapping process. These codes handle data loading, the application of mapping logic based on dataset attributes, and the generation of new datasets with SDG mappings.
  Comprehensive documentation that details the mapping methodology, including the rationale behind each mapping, the dataset attributes considered, and the final outcomes.
