Gene/Genomic Region annotation in tabular format?

Hi,

Thank you for creating and maintaining this really useful tool!

I was wondering whether there is also tabular output for which gene and genomic region (eg. Promoter, enhancer, etc.) is affected by a SV? Similar to the question here #222  

It would be really useful to have this information also in tabular format in addition to the html.
