Overview

From the log:

robot convert -i medgen-disease-extract.owl -o medgen.obographs.json
Exception in thread "main" java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: Java heap space

Tasks

• 1. Fix the issue
• 2. Reactivate the action cronjob

Possible solutions

MacOS images have more memory than ubuntu. I could try that.

Additional information

This is sorta moot if we end up having the MedGen team do the ingest instead of us.
