@silverpill I believe it's because we use GITHUB_TOKEN to create the pull request, which do not trigger other workflow https://docs.github.com/en/actions/concepts/security/github_token#when-github_token-triggers-workflow-runs For now I would say, if main pass checks then this one will, so we can merge without CI. I'll see if I find a way to make it work or simply remove the checks on "release/" branches. |

I've updated the changelog and bumped the versions in the manifest files in this commit: 2f59a53.
Merging this PR will create a GitHub release and may update the library/binary on crates.io!
