Bug: React Native Upgrade Breaks Dependencies and Scripts

Upgrading React Native to 0.69.12 introduces two issues: the package.json still specifies React ^15.1.0, which is incompatible with React Native 0.69.12's requirement for React 18.x, leading to dependency resolution and build/runtime failures. Additionally, the start script uses the deprecated node_modules/react-native/local-cli/cli.js path, which was removed in React Native 0.60+ (CLI moved to @react-native-community/cli), causing the start command to fail.
