Bug: Incomplete React Native Upgrade Causes Failures

The React Native upgrade from 0.42.3 to 0.69.12 is incomplete. React Native 0.69.12 requires React 18.x, but React remains at 15.4.2, causing build and runtime failures. Additionally, the start script uses an obsolete CLI path (node_modules/react-native/local-cli/cli.js), and the postinstall script uses the deprecated react-native link command, both of which will fail.
