For customer who might not know our release plan, we could edit "Pre-Migration Analysis is currently in public preview." -> "Pre-Migration Analysis is new and in public preview." and if theres a link to explain what public preview means that can go on these? Don't worry about it if its not our standard process

I don't think we explain anywhere what private/public preview and GA mean, since it varies by product and can vary by feature. I just did some Google searching and searched the doc portal to double check, and I don't see a definitive topic on the subject.

I updated the banner wording to add "new in Relational Migrator 1.13" though.
