This change makes the build use a more robust approach to locate the directory containing the libbson headers when building against the system libbson. This code is only executed when building for official packages (i.e., .deb and .rpm), which build against a previously built/installed libbson rather than building against a freshly downloaded libbson.
Note that patch builds are not relevant for this change. However, this is a change that I made as part of the 1.16.0-1 Debian packaging, and which I have confirmed works in the intended circumstance of building for official packages.
