While looking at the libmongocrypt waterfall after the merge of #1099 I noticed that the package publication tasks in the new
debian13anddebian13-arm64-earthlyvariants were failing. It appears that I overlooked the associated repo config. As things currently stand, the call to curator fails because it doesn't know anything of a repository targetingdebian13.Evergreen patch build: https://spruce.mongodb.com/version/69594ac89ac57b0007e19cde/tasks?sorts=STATUS%3AASC%3BBASE_STATUS%3ADESC
Note that this patch build is a bit misleading (because we don't actually publish packages to the PPA for patch builds). But this should work, Trust Me(TM).
