Summary
Remove the dependency on the github.com/evergreen-ci/poplar module. Copy the relevant structs instead.
Background & Motivation
The github.com/evergreen-ci/poplar module pulls in a huge number of dependencies, making managing dependencies in the benchmark submodule more difficult. It's easier to maintain a copy of the relevant structs instead.
