Yes, it's part of syncing the SDAM tests from mongodb/specifications@959a5de. However, somehow copying the tests missed the corresponding .json file, so I'll copy that over.

Actually, it seems like it was accidentally missed with #1522. In either case, I believe we want to keep the yml files that were used to generate the JSON tests because they sometimes contain additional context about the test cases.

Summary
Drop support for MongoDB 3.6. The minimum supported MongoDB version is now 4.0.
Background & Motivation
MongoDB 3.6 reached end-of-life in 2021.
