We can't update to v0.35.0 because go.mod specifies Go 1.23. The Go Driver officially supports a minimum Go verison of 1.18, but can use dependencies that specify up to Go 1.20 in the go.mod file as long as compilation works (i.e. the actual packages imported compile successfully). See GODRIVER-3493 for more details.
