PYTHON-4607 Use LogRecord.getMessage() not LogRecord.message
LogRecord.message is documented like this:
It's not set until Formatter.format() or getMessage() is called which explains the
AttributeError: 'LogRecord' object has no attribute 'message'errors we've been seeing.
