  • Upgrade to libmongocrypt 1.15.0
  • Implement Unified Test Format schema 1.25 (adds minLibmongocryptVersion)
  • Sync spec tests matching pattern: QE-Text-*.

We need to wait for DRIVERS-2496 to expose the new algorithm, so I removed it here.
