Merging and the new lib is not used by the regular AKO code, so any failures in CI are unrelated. |

Summary
Eliminate the
tools/ako2apidirectory, instead move it all as a library withininternal/v1/translate.Proof of Work
CI must pass, new code is covered by unit tests.
