Description
What is changing?
This PR fixes the flaky test mentioned in the ticket. Additionally, because we are now creating the
maxTimeNeverTimeOutin multiple tests, I updated theFailCommandinterface to supportmaxTimeNeverTimeOut(afailCommandis a subset of `failPoint).Is there new documentation needed for these changes?
