The work should be finished, I left it unmerged because I did not figure out why the Windows CI was not working and did not want to break anything. |

Hey @akoeplinger - Why was this re-tagged for review? Do you want it to go in or was it a misclick? My information, which may be out dated, was that the C backend was maintained by someone on the mono side who's since moved on. While those of us who did Obj-C/Java could look at it, there may not be a perfect content expert to review. |
